Why is this a Valuable Package of Information?

I'll recall a true experience.  Some years ago I was attempting to create a waiver for a carpet cleaning problem.  I was not comfortable with the language I developed.  Bottom Line: I ended up purchasing two entire packages of advertising, invoices and waivers for carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning.  This information was somewhat useful but I spent over $150 for these two subjects.  I might add that these information packages are still being sold, unchanged for years at the same high prices.
